Hello, together with Maestro, Dreamliner_CP, and Yesthatsme, we have come up with a tenative name and plan for the official Airline Empires VA. We are still debating on what airport to make as our 1st hub. It will probably be in Europe. Anyone interested in the VA, or who has input on the location of the hub should post here. Thanks. :P

Does anyone have web or database programming skills to make a website?

I have cargo flight plans covering most of the globe for another VA that never got started in text format. These I would give to the website guru and he would upload them to the database. Then the system would let you choose flights and assign aircraft.

2002, 2004 or X-Plane. As for hubs, the initial thought is ORY. We would be a mix of B6, RyanAir and IDE in terms of our service and routes.

Okay, right. What kind of planes are we thinking here? I have the templates for the kittyhawk 737s (-200, -700, -800).

What happened to AE VA?

Aircraft should be a mix of freeware and payware. Maybe:

you try finding paintkits for all those. Besides, he said a LCC, I don't know of an LCC that flies 747s or A340s

Now that I think about it though, it is probably best to keep expansion in mind when we think of a name, just in case you decide to expand.

ok guys well Empire Airlines, albeit lame, is the best name we have so far. Keep the new ideas rolling in!

It all depends. Most of those wont work if you plan to expand later.

Actually, each of those listed has a freeware and payware counterpart, except for the B717. That is the JCA model, which is freeware.

The VA I helped start had each of these models available in freeware or payware livery so there was always an option for those that do not have payware models.
