Batch convert to new IFS?

Sorry if this has already been asked before, but if I create a NEW IFS configuration, is there a way to batch convert all of my existing routes to use this new configuration? Thanks for any help.

Change your defaults to the new IFS, then go okay and when it asks (you may have to hit the okay button twice) say "update all routes not using defaults"

Where exactly do I go to do that? I can't seem to find it....
