I'm guessing he means classes of service available on airlines.

He's probably referring to names for the Y-, C- and F-classes.
If so, I always try to picture my passengers as follows:
F-class -> Fully Clad
C-class -> Partially Dressed
Y-class -> Unabashedly Naked!
I do the same thing when I ask my guests how would they like their burgers. LOL
