I have a small question to the developers:

Is the there any working taking place in the Mantis System, or was that just an idea to report some stuff to a different location ?

I had to notice that after the initial round of fixing a few bugs, nothing more did happen in that area. At least there are no further entries by "Administrator" and/or "TorqueWrench". Not even an acknowledge for certain bugs.

A lot of issues are resolved by anonymous and many entries are deleted. Is anonymous a new developer that he has so many rights

Also at the beginning there was a special SubForum to report cheaters. I think that was a good idea, so it can be checked and then actions can be taken. I would suggest to have then also a thread where the caught cheaters and there fines are noted, so everybody can see that there are some actions taken.

Small afterword: I know that the developers do have enough to do, but I thought that their basis for some work is the Bug-Reporting.

Well any cheat reports or things that are not really bugs can be resolved without the developer. I know the bugs were being worked on, but it seems like everytime they get a few fixed more pop up (gate bug).

yeah, but none of the bugs in the Mantis System did change the status, because a developer did do something. (The last one was on 01/11/2006).

And the cheat issue was a Subforum in the beginning when the vBulletin was started. I thought that it was a good idea, that only the mods should be able to see the entries. I would favor this. I think that the mods should also move such accusions directly to a none-public area and then take care of it.
It would then be nice to have an info about the fined cheaters.

In my option the Bug Forum is not the place to complain about cheating, and about 50 % of the posts are about this or another old issue.

Having been one of the 1st to report a BUG in that site, and I have tried hard to let players know that Miller22 wanted to make this site the place to list known bugs, it soon got out of hand. All those posts of Cheaters should be removed ! The others should be checked to see if addressed, and that site will back on track again.

Yes, there is work being done with those bugs. A major problem is that the reports are incomplete. I get a lot of "I woke up to -70 gates in ATL. Please return my gates," but not a lot of explaination of what took place.

From what I understand (I am afraid to try it), anyone leasing a new gate or if you had gates without slots in use, ended up getting negative slots available. :eek:

Super, I get the feeling that something is going wrong here. It was not my goal to get my BUG Report removed. But it seems to me that this site is not really interested to get some improvments. Since you did already remove the BUG report, go ahead and remove this Forum post also:
