I just wanted to say that wherever the destructive power of the fires of hatred and fear may flare up, the great and eternal tides of love will be there to snuff it out.

I choose to focus on the things that matter. The injured in need of aid, the dead we need to account for and bury, and healing the traumas of the people surrounding this monsterous tragedy. Do your part in the healing.

I would just like to encourage all of you Americans, if you can, to donate blood to the American Red Cross, as donations are sorely needed

Do not turn this into a case of Muslims against us. This is what ISIS and other terror groups want. Instead become unified, come together as one unified group against terrorists.

I think that it's so ridiculous that politicians turn this tragedy into a way to be racist or take a persons way to protect themselves.

I know right? How dare they use a tragedy to prevent more tragedies...

**I feel it necessary to admit a change of heart**

I love the reaction from the American Muslim community on what happened Sunday. That is genuine. I see it and it reminds me that we are all human. After the anger that swelled up in me after what I saw in Chattanooga, it was hard for me to not paint with a broad brush. My criticism of the idea of Islam, will no longer reach out to sound so incriminating of ALL Muslims. Just because a religion has some violent doctrine, doesn't mean all the religion's adherents are violent. Judaism would be a prime example. This change doesn't come easily for me, and I'm still not going to play into the political correctness surrounding radical Islam. However, I will show my respect to those Muslims who are obviously unequivocally American, they have suffered the past few days like the rest of us. Its important for Christians and Muslims, people in general to LOVE and comfort the LGBT community. This is my respect for the people of the religion, not the doctrine and most definitely not the LAWS of the religion. Oh and I saw this is in the most loving way possible, ISIS can burn in hell.

The true American Muslims that are here to make America great are to be respected and trusted. However. One good deed cannot outweigh the bad. If ISIS was to make a donation to cancer research, would we call them heroes? The American Muslims that are here to destroy western civilization are not to be respected or trusted. And I know that they exist. The point of this is that one good deed does not neutralize thinking. I do respect the true Americans of this tragedy, those who came to the rescue.

The main rant if this post is about Obama.

What kind of a moron calls this "An act of domestic violence"? His ignorance and "political correctness" cause me to ask how he got voted in when he clearly knows nothing. All of this tragedy could have been avoided. San Bernardino could have been avoided. But Obama is more concerned about gun control after this than protecting citizens. We need to keep problems out instead of inviting them in. You can look at Trump and say he's an idiot, but Obama is a tried and true idiot. Clinton is a criminal version of Obama. We need to be secured. I have always wanted to visit Washington D.C. but now that I can I am scared to go because of the threat of ISIS. They can go into Mexico and cross our border with ease. It's not secure. Once in the U.S., a series of taxis and trains can get them anywhere. I'm glad I live in the middle of nowhere because I can live without being afraid for my life. Please join the millions of smart people who are voting against the ignorant Clinton and let's secure the U.S. Then we can talk foreign policy.

This is an apolitical place to pay your respects for the dead and nothing more. I don't care if it's about gun control or Obama or Muslims, if you're a liberal or a conservative, I don't want any of that bull**** here.

I mean for ****'s sake who the hell protests and tries to make their point at a memorial or a funeral? Some ****ed up mother****ing shitstains on the underpants of society, that's who. So just do everybody a favor and get the **** out of here with your goddamn politics.

Is nothing sacred to you people?

How dare you come in here and try to use 50 dead people as props in your game. On top of that, how dare you use 50 dead people as props, then cast them away the minute you need to make your stupid opinions about politics valid.

I spit in your eyes and kindly ask you to get out.

I tried to keep the political matter in my post to a minimum. I think that is why I did not spur on a negative response from you to begin with. I'll assume your direction is toward Anderson. And in that case I cannot help but agree with you. However, the left is more quilt my of what you are so enraged of. People of me and Anderson's convictions wonder how many grim political realities will be shown to us that we are hypocritically told to not to point and "exploit". That being said before you get even angrier with me. My point in posting this is to appeal to BOTH sides to stop taking advantage of this tragedy. We didn't even get 12 hours and we were at each other's throats, DISGUSTING. I'm ashamed to live in such a polarized country, and I pray and pray it will get better.
