I have one Airline and its not going so well. So I wonder if I could start another one without problem?

Nope. Your airlines will take up double the server resources, not to mention all the bandwidth that is sucked up by you getting bashed here on the forums, and by all the discussions that will follow.

What you can do is you can declare bankrupcy with your current airline. This will return the cash level $5,000,000. I'm not really sure about the following, but I believe if you log off and log on again after having declared bankrupcy you will get two free planes and five gates. So in effect, you'll have started over again, just like you would with a second airline.

No! You can declare bankrupcy and start over again. (check administration tab)
