Speed Bonus?

Shouldnt there be a rather large speed bonus for customer happiness? I know speed allows you to make more money by flying more flights, but you should also be able to charge a lot more and still have people fly, like concorde.

Actually, any proposed bonus due to higher customer satisfaction should operate as follows:

- a small percentage ticket price increase per passenger, say 10% (and the ticket price should be color-coded to reflect the 10% bonus is active for that flight.)

- more resilience in the wake of competition from other airlines relative to their levels of customer happiness, of course, so that any adjustments in ticket prices that have to be made downward to recapture lost passengers would be 10% smaller than that for the competition.

-perhaps other things done in a similar vein.

 

If I were a developer, I think that that would be the easiest way to implement that idea, as you would only have to add code to calculate the percentage offset, and would not have to change any of the existing code.
