Evertytime i replace a aircraft with a new aircraft the seats get empty and to fill it i've to lower down fares. Example if i replace my b707-320(full occupancy) with an airbus a300,the occupancy in the airbus goes down. What should i do?

after replacing the aircraft go to "route management" and click "save".

Where sir is the route management button located. Are we talking about transferring passengers from the airplane to be retired to the new one.Thanks

click the "open new route" link on the menu items on the left side of the screen

 

input your origin and destination

 

there are 5 tabs -- market research, competition, route finance, flight list, add flights ... choose FLIGHT LIST

 

click the check boxes of the flights that you want to assign to the new aircraft

 

at the bottom of the list you will see "target aircraft type". choose the new aircraft type to take over the flights, click CHANGE AIRCRAFT

 

the next screen will allow you to pick the specific aircraft that will be used for the flights.

 

after the change of plane type, the difference of the number of seats will not automatically be filled. click SAVE to update.

If you replace smaller aircraft with bigger aircraft, the capacity will increase. Given the passengers number will not increase significantly as the capacity, you need to close down a few flights to match the capacity provided before.
