Who has the largest aircraft right now? I've seen some A319s and 717s around... Anyone with anything that size or bigger?

its not quite a secret- just when you start up, pick a city that's got lots of airports close by(between 100 and 400-500 miles), max out your beeches on those routes, then get Q400s and/or ATRs. It's important to not start at an airport that's got too much competition, but if you were to start at an airport with no competition, but few PAX and not many cities nearby, you'd be awful(i.e. OGG)

I know what you mean... I'm doing such a thing now... Got B1900Ds and ATR-42-500s in a network of closeby airports, my longest route is 350 miles... I'll probably order a Q400 or something by next month.
