there are tons of political restrictions with budapest and i'm not sure why

1.united states

2.china

3.uae

4.thailand

5.japan

6.hong-kong

7.indonesia

8.singapore

9.malaysia

10.south korea 

plus you can fly from south korea to hungary.

but not hungary to south korea

so i just find it weird

Your airline is based in Poland, political restrictions make it so that you can only fly domestic routes in your home country and from your home country to other countries (there are a few exceptions to this such as EU and AU/NZ open skies treaties but that's the general case) thus you can not fly from Budapest to any of these countries as your airline is not Hungarian but Polish.
