Greetings again!

Development of the new Airline Empires site has been completed and we will be making the transition tomorrow. Some of you have seen the site, but for those who haven't, let me describe some of the major changes made.

The new front end to Airline Empires will be an article repository and a research site. We've programmed the ability to view airline financial and statistical data reported to the Department of Transportation. This is the only site of its kind that will offer this information for free.

The article repository will be user generated, in that almost all articles will be submitted by outside authors. We'll be compensating each author a percentage of the revenues their article generates so if you think you've got an idea you'd like to submit, we'll start taking them next week.

The game will continue unaffected, although we will be making a reset eventually.

The site will most likely be down tomorrow for a bit while we make the transition. Thanks for your patience.

Courtney, just have one major question:

Do we log into ( http://www.airlineempires.net ) on this new development site, or is there going to be a new addy created? and if so, one thinks we keep the same user and password? Many thnaks

ok, as one of those who have seen it, you'll like it. Looks great, plus very easy to navigate. Same user and password, i think(worked for me).

Yeah, I had that happen as well. It takes about 48-72 hours for all nameservers to propagate so we may see each site until tomorrow.

I think, if there is a reset, it should maybe be on the 1st or last day of Year 10.

hmm, still not seeing it here. Even after cleaning cache, cookies and stuff I can still only see the "old website".

The main AE Sim site and forums have not changed. The main site where you now log in was what changed.
