Currently there is no new games yet... you may join the sandbox eorld to practise first while waiting for other worldto be reset to new game...

There's an open world that's quite close to finishing and restarting

AE Know It All
Sandbox is where you want to start. Play there first then try R1 or R0 and don't be afraid to declare bankruptcy once you get the feel of the game.

O1 is starting new right now, I would join there if you want to start from the beginning, but S1 is fairly new as well
