Hi I have noticed even with a 5 star IFE in all classes and well above average reputation in general that it all makes very little difference to the load factor when theirs competition

Eg my route HKG-CDG is only operated by me and one other airline and they dropped their price $10 below mine, their IFS and reputation is in the red and mine is in the high green. They took all my customers

What is the point of having the better service.

Maybe they're a much larger airline. This happens to me as well. Screenshot plus link to the rankings might help me explain better. I compete on many domestic services with an airline called AeroSvit, which 1200 times larger by assets than me, but has 2 star IFS in First, and 3 star in Business and Economy. Just consider that. Larger airlines with worse service tend to operate worse IFS than smaller full-service carriers like UkraJet, and win the customers (who then get their knees crushed and get a vicious stomach bug from the food!!)

That's not how it's supposed to work. Customers are more confident in larger carriers so at the same price, they are more likely to fly them.

Try it.  You can undercut any competition by lowering the price.  That's real life, too, or nobody would ever fly Spirit.

Wrong, just because they are confident, doesn't mean they could afford it. Price do matter the most, not even safety matters when the price is low.
