You cant seriously restrict what name a new airline can have..... thats impossible!!!! Mearly find out when some gonk makes an offensive airline name then boot them!

there was talk a few months ago about possibly setting up a committie to review and change offensive logos and names. I don't know if the idea is still around though.

Yeah, I sent a message to Torque. They appear to be purely spoilers.

I would like to thank the idiots that are opening multiple airlines just to get gates where they need them. I was able to pick up some of my needed gates that way. There are a number of airports that had 0 gates for a long time that now mysteriously have 5 gates available.

Or you make sure that airlines can not start out at a City that has no gates available. This stops more gates being made and reduces the chances of new spoilers. Yes before I get shot down in flames im aware that this has been suggested before. Simple solution to this problem in my opinion.

I wonder why new airlines (Ryanair, Easyjet) in the real world don't start in an excellent location like Heathrow and start in crap places like...Luton/Stansted?...oh wait, Heathrow is slot restricted!

The only way AE will ever be fair, is when all the airports (that can be considered airports) are available and the realistic gates are available, with that I mean put same number of gates that the airport has in real life! The realistic prices for the airports (real life) , realistic start-up money, and leasing companies which you can make deals with! I know I'm off topic and asking a hell of a lot...but it's the only way this game will be worth it!
I suggest that next time they reset it, they do it for a long painful time and get something done about it!

I completly agree with pacific here. I know we are getting off track but you can see that these airlines are spoilers who create extra gates at airports.

If they start somewhere crap, so be it........ let them scrap it out for gates like everyone else does.... not just handed to them on a plate.
