I have a question: when I look at my route reputation at the page of one of my routes (for example 73 at TLV-ARN), the route reputation is always between 60 and 85. But when I look at the "airline options" page, route reputation doesn't get higher than 38 and this number is decreasing despite a new fleet with less seats per aircraft, higher frequencies, better IFS, and IFE, and a better employee morale. How is this possible? It is important for me because I want to make my airline "Israel Air" a high-quality airline.

Route reputation is a bit of a mystery, even when you're doing everything right. The best advice I've read about it is not to worry about it. All the things you've mentioned above will give you a good overall airline reputation. Marketing also increases your reputation.

Fly to the lesser used airports (The more gates and terminals in use at an airport, the lower your on-time performance will be), keep some time spare on your aircraft (Don't use all 140 hours) & keep your staff happy. :D
