No. This will not be happening as AE4 is a whole different platform

 

AE4 will be a world away from AE3.1 in many way and I don't see your suggestion happening.

AE4 is a complete rewrite from the ground up. Therefore, what you are asking for is inherently impossible because the majority of the new features are going to be based on this new framework, not the current AE3 framework.

 

Also, your use of caps makes your proposals less serious, and yes, the AE community will have to wait until Yuxi and the other researchers/developers have completed their project. Whether that will be in 2015 or not, only they know.

 

Finally, one of the features you mentioned in your last post are probably not going to be implemented (see here).

As some have said earlier, AE 4 is a completely new platform, which is why new features will not be added to the current AE.
