Hi i am in R4 (California Pacific is my airline's name) and it is in the year 2000. Was there a big event that caused airlines to lose a lot of money that is implemented into the game because when the year 2000 began i started to have big problems in my routes and aircraft, for example some of my Fokker-100 routes that were previously very profitable went into negatives and when i try to adjust the ticket price it goes further into the negatives. I would really appriciate your help on this so thank you in advance for your reply.

Thank you for that but will my airline recover from that in a few years time?

I don't believe anything is in the game as the game isn't capable of having start and stop events

Historical economic events are not simulated in the game, so it's much more likely your hit came from increased competition.

thanks guys but i forgot to tell you something else, i tried out routes with big demand and moderate competition, i had an aircraft that was capable of operating the route but when i put that aircraft on that route my profits imidiatelly went to the negatives.
