Basically i came across this problems again:

 

How come i have 58 slots instead of 50 slots while leasing only 1 Gate?

anybody knows how to fixed this?

This problems also occurred at other worlds too

well let say i got 58 slots, and i put 8 flights to it, then according to the system i don't use any of my gate, then after month the game took away the gate and i lost 1 destinations because i don't rent a gate there, and right now there are more than 10 airports that have this problem

This appears to be an issue with slot sync. If you go to your Gates menu (the blue title bar) and scroll down to the bottom, there should be a link to Resync Slots, which should resolve the issue.
