What would make a good CRJ-200LR replacement i have 40 of them in my fleet and they are starting to get old but i can't find a plane that would make a good replacement. 

 

The 717-200's i was thinking the CS-100ER would make a good replacement but I'm not quite sure what are your opinions?

ERJ-145XR for CRJ-200LR and for 717-200 you have a lot of options A318,ERJ-195 or as you have said CS-100ER

CS-100 is best for the 717.
You could also get the Dash-8-400 or some CRJ-700LR for your CRJ-200LR.

CRJ200lr use more of them and A318s for B717-200 or B736/7 if you want to stick with boeing
