Hello.  I am currently leasing a plane and I would like to know, when my Lease contract expires, do I own the plane or do I have to re-negotiate another contract?

Your aircraft will be seized.  In order to prevent this from happening, extend your lease.

When your lease expires, you'll lose the plane. You can extend the lease, though. Some lease tips: leasing an aircraft for 10 years, and then extending the lease a year (for one year) typically gives you the max lease discount, at the expense of a higher lease buyout cost. I actually lease my aircraft, then buy the aircraft, at least until later in the game.

Generally after 9 years or so, many planes are free to buy. So long as there is high depreciation. This is because half the leasing cost goes towards buying the plane.
