I believe lack of data is the problem for older aircraft, as has been stated time and time again, and also, I don't think we'll have a suitable world to deploy this in

Well, we won't have a world if there are no aircraft, no? I am aware that certain data like runway use and fuel flow might be hard to aqcuire, but perhaps one can make educated guesses.
