The B738 has an Unrealistic minimum Turn round time as Ryanair have proved you can do it in half that time

Well, I agree, but at the same time, I think that they just have to average things out. It's not a minimum turnaround time, its the turnaround time, period. So all airlines, full service or low-cost use that turn around time.

no it's minimum, you increase the time by having less flights on the aircraft

The turn around time on AE is pretty realistic according to current documentation provided by boeing which estimate that a turn around of a loaded Boeing 737-800 is between 30 - 40 Minutes depending if you take Startup and pushback into account.  

 

but ofcourse, you can always do things faster

I think B738 turnaround time is about 25 minutes for FR. Just an AE4 question, won't setting turnaround time be on it?

Here at AE we also use a system where we have turn times by aircraft pax load to standardise across the broad range, for example smaller aircraft may take 10 minutes where as the A320/738 have a similar loading time.
