I had purchased a new Q400 back when the order log said 18 months. Last night I checked the pending order and it said that it would take only 4 months more. Today, I looked at the pernding order and its no longer in the queue, and the aircraft has not been delivered to me. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Also, I ordered another Q400 this morning.

If you look there is a thread, more than one on this Delivery BUG issue, post in the longest one and then this issue may get addressed, just starting a new thread just makes it harder for anyone in AE Management to read and act.

I just found out that my A330-300 dissappeared from the pending delivery too. I am really upset since I saved up for quite a long period to come with the 50% downpayment, and after 7 months to go on the delivery period, the order vanished.........

Travelhouse, do you the solution to this problem/bug? (Sorry, but I have not read the other thread regarding this bug yet, if there is one) Please advise. Thank you.

is this bug doing it to every aircraft?? i have 2 airbuses and a boeing due to come in 2 - 6 months. i hope this doesnt happen 2 me

This player just loves giving the sly remarks to me, so I replied, thats all.

EDIT: Could also be the same one sending in game Bad Comments to me, who knows and really DO NOT Care.
