I was wondering if I make money for my flights when i'm not online. 

I set up my fleet and then went to sleep thinking this morning I would have a ton more money but my amount didn't change. My daily income is 1.1 million. Why didn't i get money?

I thought that it worked when I am not online?

There are large expenses that can drain funds that occur at the begging of a month.  A 1.1 DOP airline will probably loose about 5-12mil at the first day of the month (Depending on airline setup, wages, bonds, etc) from recurring monthly expenses.  Depending on game speed that would be enough to wipe out any overnight profits.

 

Always remember to have a nice pile of cash for the months end unless you like defaulting on bonds.

I have seen your airline, you must first try the sandbox world to get some experience and then move to other worlds as this world will not be availabe when your account grows older than 90 days.

Also, If you are marketing, don't. And if you haven't cut pay and reserves on your staff, you should do so.

Sorry guys, i'm new so i didn't even realize i got any responses to my post, i though i would get a notification. this is in S1 world, i think that's realistic? 

i did all of the math and calculated that with all my expenses i should still be making a good amount of money but i'm not. I'm sure i'm just miscalculating something because if all of you say i do then i do.

When Im starting my airline, I cut reserves and pay the bare minimum.

Then I put the reserves and wages on default.

 

PS: When I say bare minimum, it means two dollars below average, not 7/hr wages..
