As this is one of the top links when searching google for [tin] servers, I'd better keep this updated. If you want to join the servers and do not have the relevant grfs, please contact Tintinfan either here or on the TT-Forums.

The Servers

As there is relatively low demand, only one 24/7 server will run. A 2nd server may be put up for special needs. No stable/vanilla release servers will be hosted, having switched to JGR Patchpack it is far superior and I simply cannot go back.

[tin01] JGR Patchpack Server

You can download the latest version of JGR's Patchpack here, which is what the server usually runs.

Conduct

The [tin] servers may not be for you. We expect that you play in a authentically pleasing realistic style, using minimal terraforming and while building realistic style networks of single track branch-lines, mainly double track routes and where needed multi-track mainlines. As Infrasharing is on, you are also expected to share infrastructure with other people at all times.

It basically kicks you out of the server every 1-10 minutes at random cause your client is not in sync with the server varibles...cause of bugs in the game. :/ Shame it happens, but there is somebody I think working on just a cargodist/infrashare/daylength+departureboards version without the other spam these patchpacks have that *hopefully* (won't be I'm sure) will be more stable.

Moved to the new dedicated subforum! Cut the green/yellow/red server thingy, just click the server name and it'll take you to the OpenTTD website which will tell you if it is online/offline.

Cargodist is now being added to the main stable OpenTTD versions as of 1.4.0.

Following this move, all the CargoDist servers will use 1.4.0 instead of the present version we use. Please download the correct version for the servers using the official OpenTTD website: http://www.openttd.org/en/. The old OpenTTD Cargodist versions I may have sent to people are now redundant and can be deleted from your system. As of today, the servers will use the 1.4.0 testing version, avalible in the top-left corner of the OpenTTD website, or: http://www.openttd.o...wnload-testing/. Along with this server numbering will change. tin00 will remain a separate testing version, tin01-tin02 will be private games using 1.4.0 and further official versions, tin03-tin05 will be public versions using the latest stable versions of the game.

If you need any assistance please contact myself or bolli.

I don't know if this is allowed or not, but I have uploaded the grf to my personal Dropbox (I used to host openTTD servers)...

Demand is low. [tin00] Infrashare can only be hosted on a Windows 7/Vista/8/10 computer, hence I can only do so when I have internet access (which I don't while I move). The other tin serves, tin01/tin02 should be online, though demand in general for OpenTTD is low so these servers are not so well looked after nowadays. Talk to me about it in person and rally more people to play OpenTTD is the solution to 24/7 servers that are well looked after again.
