I'm a student, just about to face my exams. Can't manage it all the time.
Start by leasing airbuses and connecting all good US cities, then extend into europe, asia and mid east.
No small or russian airplanes. Buy leased planes or cancel when too old.
Make sure you balence quality and profit. Thanks.

I think putting instructions for what you want someone to do is not the smartest thing to do. It gives people the impression that you want someone to work FOR you, not WITH you. Plus, there is nothing wrong with Small and Russian planes.
