Can't start route

I can't start a route from LA to Congonhas,Sao Paulo using B767-200ER although the range and hours are okay.The 200ER is brand new.What is wrong?

The problem is the runway at CGH, the B767-200ER needs a runway min of 6,928ft and CGH's runway is only 6,365ft.
