I have my staff at $7. I used the airport where no one has a hub and flew to destinations with 1 competitor with both aircrafts. I used their full range. Ive got -8000000 as my income

Also if your loosing money through your Daily operations profit you must be have a low load factor on your routes & reduce prices or pull the route

If anyone wants to run an airline on shared control for a little while than let me know. This way I could take a look at what is going wrong.
Not world S4 though.

Same problem here I start to lose $1,000,000 then I have to restart I can't even dream of leasing an aircraft. 
leave buying a aircraft .
You should set your staff wages to $7.
for all or some specific employee group

Fly low demand routes. Look for gates that cost like $100,000 to $1,000. Ideally what I find works best when first starting off and not having money is take out one 5million and one 2.5million bond lease a320 family aircraft fly between 0 to 500 miles for start up on routs with 150 plus demand and use bae rj100 on routes with less than 150 demand. Run IFS/IFE scam till you reach $5billion
