Noticed that one airline seems to be delaying delivery, in bulk, for seven days at a time. Is this a 'cheat'?

No it's a disadvantage, it's delaying rising profits by 1 whole week

It's not a cheat - you can defer deliveries from your pending deliveries page. Some people defer deliveries until a calculated time when they can be online to schedule the aircraft, but more often than not deferrals happen involuntarily due to an airline not being able to pay.

Thanks Yuxi. Knew you could delay delivery by 14 days use the facility on a regular basis in the early stages of a game. Must be the second reason....unable to pay balance. Airline in question,last time I looked, has around 80 A320-200 being automatically deferred. With other on order they are presumably an active airline.
