I suggest that we can establish codeshare agreements with other airlines. And after the agreements, the players can form an alliance.

I'll explain better.

For example, the airline X, based on GRU closes according to the airline Y, based on FRA. Then, the X airline flights, would leave towards GRU-FRA with higher occupancy, because of connectivity in Frankfurt and Sao Paulo. and flights of these airlines that are specified in code sharing, have higher occupancy due to connectivity.
