Some of the African nations are claiming to be developed by 2015-2025, is it possible to increase air traffic in that region because most probably more people will fly when the countries are more developed.

That is all theoris and not facts, so I assume no. :/ The theories most likely will not come true anyway and even if they did the PAX count would take a while to increase due to the lack of rep in Africa and airlines in a position to expand rapidily.

As much as I would like to see African airports get a bump in pax numbers, I don't think it should happen. AE has possible game years from 1955 to 2040 which is a span of 85 years and the time period in which you think the passenger numbers should be taken from is only 1/4 of the game time (if you go all the way to 2040 from 2015). I think the numbers are good for now but in the future we could perhaps implement a sort of growth so passenger numbers rise over time and during specific time periods and places.

I am in Africa right now (Rwanda), and I think the PAX numbers do need a slight boost. For example, Kigali is currently flown to from Brusels and Amsterdam about 5x weekly (from each) by A330s. I'm aware that a majority of these pax are connecting from all over the place, but since connecting pax aren't being simulated very accurately, I think pax numbers should be slightly increased. When AE4 comes with better connecting pax, then they can be reduced again.

I really do think that that should be true. Because this is Lagos now:250px-Lagos,_Nigeria_57991.jpg
