I started a Commuter airline with a Beech 1900. This morning. VernAir Express. And I am trying to simulate a RyanAir Startup. So I picked an established Airport. Two people got hubs on. Cleveland. CLE. Dropped everyones wages to minimum wages, Added crappiest food for the most charge. I've got some ticket prices at 29 bucks. Most are $79. Everythings red except aircraft age and financing. And I'm still making money.
What can I do to make it harder? Or more realistic.
Don't drop the wages and don't use scamIFS would be a start, also utilization to a realistic level and realistic configs would be another thing.
if you want harder gameplay, try and offer the highest quality service you can. For example, an all business class airline.
