I'm looking for a COO to help run this airline. LAOWAI. With no limitations. To win this game. Rank 97 Worldwide. 7 of 8 in China. 8B cash. 11DOP. I left town for two weeks and it went from 104 to 97. By itself. Most planes are 100 % full. All planes are owned. Employee moral is 61. Route reputation is 38. The rest is green. I have no onboard entertainment. No livery. I jumped in this game about a third of the way through. I'm too busy now working. I have 8 idle aircraft . Planes on order.

Fair goes without saying. I just dont have enough time. To babysit the airlines all day. And add planes as they get delivered. Or figure out the other things. I just bumped the DOP to 15 M. And placed 5 more planes. Somebody should want to freehand this brute. And just play to win.
