Though there are no worlds before 1950, i guess it could be added like the Boeing stratoliner and the DC-3. Maybe there will be one with more aircraft added (besides other problems).

Though this data is german, it's from a current operator.

Most Sources say 17 PAX, several say 15-17 PAX and only one said 18 PAX. None reported of more PAX. though it is somewhat comparable with the DC-3 in terms of Dimensions.
