The US has a huge number of large cities and routes, so 15 airlines is very reasonable. Are you suggesting there should be 1 or 2 airlines for each country? I'd like to see how that would turn out for the U.S. airline or the China airline

Example The Netherlands has one airline but it has no planes.

I am not criticising you but that is what is being talked too in here. You have 13 different families of aircraft with 13 different base costs, that is anything but realistic. Of course we want to expand quickly, I understand that but there is some limits. I would never have so many different planes and expand that fast and that expansion is another issue when we are talking about competition. I think it is exaggerated.
