Hello.

when can I buy the 'used aircraft' ?

i cannot see any aircraft at used aircraft market.

Which world are you playing? If you are playing in R4 the Used Market is empty because no airline has sold any planes. The Used Market only acquires planes when airlines sell them, but at the start of the world many people don't own aircraft and they don't want to sell them. So just wait further in the game and more aircraft will come onto the market!

Yes, I think so. That is only if you own an aircraft, not lease it

When you sell your aircraft or when a lease ends (through manual termination, expiration, or seizure), there is a random delay of several hours before the aircraft appears on the market. This was implemented to curb "feeding" of aircraft from one airline to another to circumvent delivery rate limits.

The exception to this delay is when an airline shuts down - in that case, all the aircraft will appear on the market immediately (if the airline is more than 1 real-life week old - otherwise they are silently scrapped).
