Hey Victor,
Unfortunately it looks like this airline is based in the same country as one of our member airlines. Looking at your routes, you compete with alot of routes with our member Nippon Kokusai and you also share a similar name. These similarities are too close to allow you into the alliance, so without our members voting, I have REJECTED you from the alliance. The only reason for this was these similarities, and inter alliance competition which V-Alliance does not recommend and tries to avoid.
