Report on complaint: IFS issues.

This is a report on what went wrong with the complaint in question, and what is now being done to fix the issue.
As we all know, complaints are caused by issues. And as we all know, it's sensible to fix those issues.
UnitedSkies complaints reports will occur on select issues that showcase a flaw in the alliance, and we know the best way to prevent being turned into the laughing stock of alliances is to actually fix those issues.

What went wrong?
-'Scam' IFS still installed on many airlines.
This was because...
-Heavy competition experienced by some members.
-Needing a cash injection at the start of the game. (Especially true of BA and JAS)
-Not removing the scam IFS when a sufficient cash level was reached to do so.
Heavy competition may be a valid reason, however the scam IFS should only occur on routes that are being competed on heavily.
A cash injection, also a valid reason. However, as stated, the scam IFS was simply not removed when it should have been. This is as many members claimed it would be removed when they had the cash to do so. Obviously, this point passed quickly and the IFS was unfortunately not removed.

What was done when the complaint happened?
-A decision was made that all airlines must correct IFS within 72 hours.
-All members had corrected IFS within twelve hours from the original complaint.

What will be done in the future?
To address this complaint.
-Scam IFS will be limited to the first week of airline operation only, unless...
-Heavy route competition
-Will go bankrupt without it.
-Other individual circumstances as needed.
Essentially, a crackdown on scam IFS rather than taking a 'it'll be ok eventually' attitude is what will be required in future games.
The crackdown on scam IFS should help solidify UnitedSkies' position as a top quality alliance.

Also a notable point on this issue was hypocrisy. In future, launch announcements claiming quality while members still have scam IFS will be delayed until such time that all major airlines have quality in flight services.
