In R1 currently there is 76,237 seats on SFO-LAX 
I fly it myself 49x weekly with 7 flights per day on A320 aircraft. Im holding my own though even with The FAT COW airline is offering $1 Y class fares and flying it 900x Weekly!!! Unbelievable!!!

I think in real world is Dubai-Heathrow
The only reason? EMIRATES FLIES ****ING 9 A380S ON THIS ROUTE A DAY!!!!!!!!! AND THERE IS STILL A MILLION OTHER FLIGHTS
Also London-New York
Because 1 MILLION CARRIERS FLY THAT ROUTE!
