Stockton, California, to Palm Springs, California, round trip. December 9th & 12th, 2011.

Aircraft: Allegiant Air MD-83 N865GA (both directions)

It was just a quick 1 hour, 15 minute flight down the Central Valley but I had beautiful views of Yosemite and Kings Canyon national parks from my window seat on the way down. Unfortunately, there was cloud cover on the return trip.

I understand where you're coming from; it wasn't too bad, though, since was such a short flight.
