Or are people deserting profitable airlines?

I dont play in that world so I cant be sure, but more than likely it is the latter. People get bored of their airlines and just leave them to die :/

Much as I thought folks......seems strange however as the theme games only last 40 days instead of 120!

I think some of it may be they see they can't overtake the leaders with the time left. So they just let it go. Since the game is so short its probably not the game they are concentrating on. I like the theme games though. Nice change from the longer games.

They used to last 30 and rotated monthly :P

Future theme games will likely be longer and will run in parallel :shifty:

I personally have found the theme game a ton of fun. Great work on putting this one together Yuxi. Really appreciate it. The different challenge is a lot of fun to have to deal with...

I found the game to be tough in the beginning. Just due to slower growth. But once I got rolling along. It just started grow big time. I kept my payroll close to normal. No frowns for any of the different trades. Had a couple smirks here and there. But pretty much kept the employees neutral.

Welcome to the wonderful world of SaverJet. I try to pay my employees 25% more than average for  morale, but this is not plausible in the labour shortage world. That may be why my airline went broke.

my employees are fine. I found it really tough at first when i had an airline in the US.. However, when I switched to Denmark, I had no issues.
