Can someone briefly explain what changes are due in 3.2 and greater versions?

Since wiki was last updated in august game developers must have decided something more for version 3.2 and other upcoming versions.

Moreover i would like to know about subsidary airline, what's the plan for it. I know that many think it to be bad because it will overflood the market. I have already given some suggestions and i think if they are implemented subsidary would be a huge success. One such thing that can be done is to have individual day demand graph. For example during the festive season demand could rise and during recession(as per as the game) demand can fall.

Many of you may consider it to be placed in suggestion forum but i think it to be a part of 3.1 discussion.
