I am offering all designers the chance to design the livery and logo for my new airline "Bumblebee Air".

The inspiration for the name comes from the nickname of a tram in Melbourne, Australia. Various photos of the trams are attached for inspiration.

The livery and loco should feature the dark yellow (as seen as in the photos) as a base colour, using bumblebees as a theme. The designer is free to be as creative as they want, within the theme. I will be impressed if any designer can take the actual bumblebee from the photos and somehow work it into their design.

The livery should be on an medium or large sized Airbus aircraft.

I had a go whipping up the logo. Took about an hour and a half. Hope it looks ok. I might have a go at a Livery too when I have some time.

The actual bee I mean, the font I whipped up in two seconds, I don't know how you want the text and I'm too tired to be bothered fixing it

I love your concept for the livery - The black and yellow stripe effect, the wings remaining white, and the bumblebee logo on the tail. Great design!

I'm not sure the font used for Bumblebee Air is quite right on its own, but then on the aircraft it looks good. Maybe the white writing on the black background makes it work better. It looks like a bee flying around to spell out the word, which works really well with the theme.

My only concerns are what appears to be missing yellow from the bumblebees hand across to the left in line with the top of the aircraft, and a blob of yellow is missing from under the horizontal stabilizer (not sure if that is deliberate or not).

As for the logo, you did really well with the bumblebee. As for the text, I'm not sure how I want it either. I'm not sure black writing on a white background works though. I think the font looks better on a black background, but the logo probably won't work then. Maybe the logo can be on a yellow background, the words on a black background, and the change between the yellow and black background being a diagonal strip like on the aircraft livery?

Overall, I'm happy with it, so thanks for your work :-)

Let me know if you want any more changes. I'm not sure what you meant about the missing yellow blob from the hands. The reason I put the hands white is because the bee is wearing gloves, but that doesn't have to be if you don't want

That's a much better logo. Really like the different font for each word. Thanks for that!!

You fixed the missing yellow blob, but the other one I was referring to was a white line that goes from the bumbleebee's glove to the left across to just above the rear passenger cabin door.

The white gloves are fine, so they can stay.

I also noticed you got rid of the crosses so thanks for that. It looks really good, and I've already started using it.
