- A day change now takes around 18 seconds to complete, a 90+% speed improvement. This means no more time getting stuck at the end of the month and fewer 500 internal server errors!
- Employee hiring and attrition is now back in full force, so don't be surprised if you experience a surge in payroll expenses.
- Airline reputation, employee counts, morale, and rankings are now updated once per game day
- The financial health part of airline reputation should now change over time.
- Credit rating penalties for missing lease and bond payments have been vastly reduced. Credit rating growth is now calculated monthly and is proportional to your profit for the month.
Update 1: It has come to my attention that marketing costs were previously calculated incorrectly (too low). The marketing costs charged now are the correct figures (% of sales revenue you chose, paid daily).
Update 2: Employee attrition fixed. It was retiring the monthly quota of employees daily, so training costs went through the roof. I've issued a mass refund for the past 30 days of employee training costs.
Update 3: Some airlines (who have never saved their marketing settings) were missing daily ticket revenue. This problem has been fixed, and I've issued a mass refund of 30 days worth of revenue (for the affected airlines only).
