Pioneer Airlines "Retro" (MD-11)

Pioneer (my second reincarnation of it, at least) is based off of Continental Airlines, in that Pioneer's home turf is the Southwest. My first incarnation of it was a Las Vegas-based local service carrier, complete with single-class DC-9s and Convair props. This incarnation is a Dallas-based legacy more akin to Continental, except with a Douglas fleet. Template is by gdgt, usage of livery restricted, and more liveries to come (I have a 9-month backlog I need to upload).
