Swiss Aerosoft X A320 shortly after departure out of Zurich (ended in Winterhur air disaster)
Was angry at the autothrottle on approach to Zurich, which wouldn't turn off, so I shut down the engines because I could have glided in, however it took the hydraulics with it and I glided into a small neighborhood named Winterhur.
