I can dream. As I've stated before, I've disliked emergency exits, so sticking a lav and a galley there allow for better flow and eliminating the exit rows.
As I've said, an option is a 4 door 757. Putting lavgalleys there would probably fit, but it would significantly disrupt the flow of the aisle. Also, FFs like emergency exits...
