DL5299 + DL1

I seem to always just go somewhere random when I get bored, it happened with Kansas a few years back, it happened with Baltimore last year, and now I guess I'm taking it international. Off to London we go.

Here are few observations:

1) I keep collecting Delta SkyTeam alliance jets. I flew on N705TW a while back, right before it got its SkyTeam livery stripped. Today, I'll be flying on N844MH, the last 767-400ER still in the SkyTeam livery. I always thought that the SkyTeam livery is a great looking one, so I'm happy I keep getting to fly on these even thought Delta seems hellbent on making sure the SkyTeam livery only exists on 737-800s.

2) BWI is a surprisingly nice airport, especially the non-Southwest part. Check-in and security was incredibly quick and smooth, the airport facilities are nice and updated, it reminds me of Logan Terminal B a lot, but on a calm and slow travel day.

3) I thought it was so cool that I get to fly on DL1, flight number 1!!! And then I found out that no one cares. Maybe I'm autistic or something.
