Conquest B777-300ERSF

2021 saw Meridian Transport Services acquire 8 777-300ERs, speculation about the 8 aircraft rose and was believed that all 8 aircraft would replace the airline's entire fleet of PAX 747-400s. However this wasn't the case, Meridian ferried the first 2 777s to Tel Aviv for freighter conversion with the next 2 arriving in Q3 of 2023 and another batch of 2 expected to arrive in May of this year. First to roll out of the conversion hangar was G-MCCQ, an 16 year old example which is a former Guangdong Airlines aircraft which returned to the lessor in 2020. G-MCCQ will be a set of 4 777-300ERSFs that'll join the Conquest subfleet in Q2 of 2024 with the position to replace the airline's 2 747-400BDSF/BCFs when they return to Meridian Air Cargo for charters.
