Hanseflug | Airbus A300B4

The Airbus A300 was one of the airline's workhorses. They were used on inter-European flights as well as medium to long-haul routes. The B4 was the first type to enter the fleet in 1972 and continued to operate till 2003, when they were finally replaced by the state of the art Airbus A321 and A330-200. Only one of these was written, specifically the one pictured above. D-ABUS operated flight HF2987 from Munich to Cairo with a stop in Rome and Athens on March 28th, 1987. On departure from Rome, the aircraft lost its height on takeoff due to a structural failure resulted from incorrect maintenance procedures, killing all 198 passengers and crew onboard.

Other than looking remarkably evil this is a very clean livery. I particularly think the nose area and the wing behind the cockpit windows is great.

Just wait till you see how evil the MD-11 looks.

    very nice

    Thanks!
